Currently, fuzzy cognitive approach is becoming one of the main promising developments in the study of the behavior of problem-oriented systems in education. Cognitive modeling allows the construction of models that account for such features of the educational process as the condition of incomplete information, the presence of qualitative infor-mation, the human factor, the sustainability of development in the context befrugal, allowing to determine rational management decisions at the Uni-versity.
