Abstract

in the context of digitalization, there are comprehensive changes in the spheres of society. Progress in certain industries is disruptive to others. So, with the development of technology, the risk of abuse of personal data of citizens increases, most of which are in the public domain on social networks. Due to the fact that most social Internet sites belong to foreign companies, the question of how to protect the right of citizens to protect personal data from both internal and external encroachments is acute, which is to be considered in this article.
