The article provides a general approach to the development of a modeling environment for predicting the consequences of the impact of shock wave loads on material objects of any type. A general description of the interpretation of the physics of the interaction of objects in the simulator environment is given, as well as the principles of modeling a shock wave and a material object. An example of modeling the distribution of excess pressure as a result of an explosion in a longitudinal section of an underground metro tunnel is given.
