Исследование свойств прозрачных проводящих оксидов, полученных методом спрей-пиролиза

Transparent conductive oxides — a material based on a metal oxide with high transparency and conductivity. However, traditional methods for producing such coatings have several disadvantages, in particular, they are limited by the use of vacuum, which increases the cost of both the installation itself and the resulting coatings. Also, the equipment itself is difficult to use. Therefore, it was decided to use the spray pyrolysis or aerosol pyrolysis method. Also today, an active search is underway for an alternative material to indium tin oxide, since this material is quite rare and has a high cost. Tin-antimony dioxide is proposed in the work. Studies show that with proven technology this material can be used as a transparent conductive oxide.
