Abstract

The article discusses the current changes in the legal profession under the influence of the introduction of information technology and the peculiarities of training personnel to work in the information sphere in the context of new methods of economic transactions, the emergence of digital methods of civil circulation, cross-border and non-transparency of financial electronic transactions and previously un-known forms of illegal activity. The number of offenses using information technology is growing every year, and cyber attacks are one of the leading global threats in the coming decade. Legal regulation of public relations on the Internet and in the field of high technology, as well as legal support for the security of the information sphere require improvement at the international and domestic levels, which can be achieved through the training of highly qualified lawyers in the field of IT. Educational programs in the field of training for the digital economy should be adapted to modern conditions with the expectation of advancing technological development
