The basis for the transition to project activities in educational institutions are determined on the basis of the «Concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2020». Thus, in 2017, mgutu named after K. G. Razumovsky (PKU) in accordance with the principles of GEF HPE moved to a new system of training graduates on the basis of project training. The training system covered all courses and areas of full-time training. The content characterization of project training involves the formation of strategic concepts and business projects, teamwork, evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of projects, solving the problem of inclusion of the University in the implementation of technological breakthrough.
Thus, project training is understood as training aimed at obtaining interdisciplinary knowledge and competencies relevant in modern food production, a modulator (simulator) of real production tasks, for the solution of which it is necessary to attract specialists in different areas of training and aimed at obtaining a competitive result.
The development of projects is based on the terms of reference of the industrial partners of the University. 10% of the total number of projects are focused on solving the» bottlenecks « of enterprises and are implemented in production. The remaining projects are focused on obtaining results in the conditions of application of the R&D (Research and Development) strategy, in the future these projects will be implemented in production, patented and put on the market. The project work is based on the principle of interdisciplinary and team work of students. The technological part of the project is Central and mandatory in the project. Minimum number of participants-3 people. The optimal number – 5-7 students, representatives of different areas of training. Project training at the University is implemented from 2016 to 2019., which was attended by more than 1 830 students.
