    The journal "Theory and Practice of Project Education" was founded with the aim of popularizing the project approach in educational activities. Original, previously unpublished and not under consideration in other journals materials are accepted for publication.

    «Вестник русского жестового языка. Наука. Образование. Интеграция» — рецензируемый научный журнал, издаваемый в реализацию Основ государственной языковой политики Российской Федерации (Указ Президента РФ № 474 от 11.07.2025) и Концепции государственной языковой политики РФ (2024 г.).

    Журнал посвящён комплексному научному изучению русского жестового языка (РЖЯ) как признанного законом средства общения глухих и слабослышащих граждан. Он охватывает широкий спектр дисциплин:
    → лингвистику и языковую политику,
    → сурдопедагогику и инклюзивное образование,
    → сурдопсихологию и сурдологию,
    → социологию, право и защиту прав инвалидов,
    → культуру глухого сообщества и цифровые технологии.

    Издание выступает за сбалансированный билингвальный подход:

    • РЖЯ как естественный язык общения и основу культурной идентичности;
    • русский язык как государственный язык, необходимый для грамотности и интеграции в общество.

    Журнал публикует оригинальные исследования, обзоры, аналитические статьи и экспертные мнения. Учредители — Всероссийское общество глухих (ВОГ) и ЦНИИ РЖЯ, издатель — ЦНИИ РЖЯ, что обеспечивает сочетание общественной легитимности и научной строгости.

    Studies of sign languages ​​and sign communication in general are a synergistic direction in the development of scientific thought, which includes mathematics, neural networks, artificial intelligence, robotics with additive technologies, machine vision, and building knowledge bases and expert systems; not to mention linguistics in all its diversity, pedagogy, physiology, defectology, psychology, and other humanitarian and social sciences.
